Snowy Flight Danny Phantom

I started up a new RPG Danny-Phantom style, so I wanted to make a pic for the heck of it to see if I still have the Danny Phantom style in me XD Well, turns out I do, so yay! Here it is, I hope you enjoy it. I cheated on the stars and just made a brush for it so that I didn't have to make each individual one, but other than that, everything was made by me, even the background!! YAY!
